The body shape of the Stratocaster is iconic. Not only does it look great but the Stratocaster`s double cutaway style makes it easy to reach the upper frets too.

Attached to body is a maple neck which features a new "Deep C" profile which has been designed for comfort and speed.

With its increased mass and altered geometry, this neck provides a natural feel that aids both chording and lead guitar playing styles.

Atop the neck is a traditional rosewood fretboard which features 22 narrow-tall frets. Both narrower and taller than medium jumbo frets, these frets make bending extremely easy while providing perfect intonation across the entire neck.

High Performance Hardware

Capping off the fretboard is a bone nut. A design element that harkens back to Fender`s origins, this nut ensures great tone and performance.

On the headstock, you`ll find Fender Standard cast and sealed staggered tuning machines providing precise and secure tuning of your strings.

Down on the body of the Fender American Pro Strat, there`s a 2-point synchronised tremolo bridge with bent steel saddles and a pop-in tremolo arm.

With this new tremolo arm installed, you`ll be happy to note no matter how hard you play, it stays in position. You can even adjust the arm tension to get the perfect playing feel for your preference.

V-Mod Pickups

Powering the voice of the Fender American Professional Stratocaster is a set of V-Mod Stratocaster pickups.

Designed by pickup legend Tim Shaw and engineered using a blend of alnico magnet types, these pickups deliver vintage warmth and that crisp, classic Fender sound with high output.

Furthermore, each pickup has been specifically voiced for its position, so you get optimum performance.

A 5-position blade is onboard giving you the following pickup options for a variety of tones:

Position 2. Bridge and Middle Pickup
Position 3. Middle Pickup
Position 4. Middle and Neck Pickup
Position 5. Neck Pickups
You can further shape your sound with the two tone knobs; one for the neck pickup and the other for the bridge and middle pickups.

There`s also a Master Volume knob which features a treble-bleed circuit so you can retain all your crisp high-end even when you roll off the volume.
